SabiHQ acts as Data Controller for merchant accounts and Data Processor for customer data handled on behalf of merchants.

Merchant account details, transaction metadata, and customer interaction data via WhatsApp integrations.

3. Lawful Basis for Processing

Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interest, legal obligation, and consent where applicable.

4. Data Subject Rights

Under NDPR & NDPA, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or lodge complaints with the NDPC.

5. Security Measures

We use encrypted transmission, secure infrastructure, and role-based access controls to protect personal data.

6. Cross-Border Transfers

Where data is transferred outside Nigeria, appropriate safeguards are applied.
