1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SabiHQ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

SabiHQ provides commerce automation tools, including WhatsApp integration via Chioma, Paystack payment links, and basic inventory tracking.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

While the Founding Merchant Program beta may be free, future use of Sabi Pro will require a paid subscription. We do not process payments directly; all transactions are handled securely by Paystack.

5. Limitation of Liability

SabiHQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
